transparency grid disabled - Drawing area is not visible
I had this problem only with some files, which created "AI CC23.0 mac".
If transparency grid enabled, Everything looks normal.
My System:
Windows 10
intel i7 8700K 32gb Ram
Nvidia Quadro P1000
AI 24.1 6@177427 (64-bit)

Hello Aman Baitha,
You have right: If I turn off overprint preview, everything looks O.K.
If I create new file, it looks good with overprint preview too. That is the reason, that I think, it is a bug.

Let me assist you,
As I understood that your transparency grid is working fine but when you turn it off you get output indicated in second image.
Inorder to overcome the concern I request you to check your over print preview that is enable
I request to disable that and you will get to the normal View mode.
