Cannot save document when title is blank
In version 24.0.2 when creating a document with no title you are unable to save.

Mike, do you still have the problem?
Not sure I get it exactly... Do you mean it won’t let you save at all, or won’t allow you to set a new name in the dialog, or won’t allow saving without a name... Please clarify.
