Cannot maximize, minimize, resize, or close the program because the top bar is MISSING
"Application Frame" doesn't exist in the Window drop down and that is the ONLY advice you give to fix this bug. I can't even use the program until this issue is fixed so it's useless paying for CC

Try to adjust your resolution through the OS's display settings. If it is already set to the highest res, you might want to try attaching a second display, and see if you can grab a corner when either mirroring or extending to that 2nd display. good luck my friend

This issue, caused by the most recent update (Friday March 6th) was resolved by uninstalling the entire program and then reinstalling it. None of the suggestions or resolutions in the forum, faq, or provided by Adobe were relevant or helpful. "Application Frame" doesn't exist in the Window drop down for newer versions, so this "solution" is moot for most users.
