Escape Button and Arrow Keys not working with latest Illustrator 2020
This was a previous bug that seems to be resurrected: https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-bugs/suggestions/35763892-escape-key-and-arrows-not-working-with-illustrator
Escape and arrow keys randomly stop working. If I close the application and restart it sometimes solves the issue, but I'd really like to not have to close everything down and start it all back up again every time it stops working 5 - 10 min into editing a document. :(

Despite following previous community guidelines on how to fix the problem with the escape button, the problem has not been fixed. Along with some other shortcuts not working, this has been very frustrating. I am using Illustrator 2020. Help please!

This is VERY frustrating!
1. Mac High Sierra v 10.13.6
2. Illustrator 2020
3. I had been trying to escape out of Presentation view.
4. Despite pressing escape two or three times I could not get out of this mode.
I followed the advice on the Adobe community site, following three different
ways to fix this but none of them worked.
