Objects don’t align properly to artboards with guides placed on canvas
While guides have been placed in artboard objects will no longer align to artboard rather they extend far beyond the current artboard.
At the moment the only solution I've found to work is clearing the guides.

Does it differ if you lock guides? Hide them?
What is your 'Align to' mode in Align panel? If you try to change it to different modes, does it matter?
Can you record the video or a GIF (with e.g. LICEcap or Sharex)?
