When creating new document in 24.2, two artboards are created
Creating new document. Two artboards appear, even though I only requested one. I also now have "video safe areas" showing in default and can't get them to not show upon setting up new document.

When a new document is created using any of the Film & Video presets, with one artboard, there is always a redundant secondary artboard present that is enourmous in size (it goes almost up to the canvas bounds). It's necessary to manually delete it every time.

Every time I create a HDV/HDTV or FILM & VIDEO new document, a giant artboad sizing 14400 x 14400 px shows up behind the 1920 x 1080 px artboard, even if I request the new document to open with just ONE artboard. I always need to delete the background artboad and then start working.
This bug is present on both 2020 and 2019 versions.
I have a MBookPro 2.4/32GB running the Catalina 10.15.3.
