Visual glitches in 2021 version

see middle blue circle. happens when zooming in and out (white speckles move)

Object glitches appearing in Illustartor when using the new 2021 - 25.3.1.
Happens when moving around and zooming in and out, see attached.
Anyone help?

objects glitch in and out of visibility when i use zoom feature, sometimes they remain invisible but are still there as an object when highlighted
