Dragging a bounding box corner rotates instead of scaling
I recently updated to the latest version and at the same time discovered this issue. When moving my mouse over to the corner or center of an object, to grab those white scaling boxes, i am given the icon to scale said object, however when i click and drag the object rotates instead. its very frustrating as all icons and tool use indicates it should scale but surprise it rotates.

lorsqu'un objet est sélectionné, suivant l'endroit où le curseur se trouve sur cet objet, les fonctions de rotation, redimensionnement, déplacement ou coins arrondis apparaissent. Lorsque je suis sur l'endroit correspondant au redimensionnement (double flèche horizontale ou verticale suivant le bord approché) et que j'actionne (click) le redimensionnement, c'est la rotation qui est exécutée. Je dois zommer bien plus près et répéter l'opération pour que ce soit effectivement le redimensionnement qui s'exécute.
