    Can you please elaborate the problem you are facing?
    Also, if you can provide the following details we would be able to help you early.
    1. What is the illustrator version you are using?
    2. Since which version you started observing the issue.
    3. Share a screen recording video of the problem at ravgupta@adobe.com, to get us understand the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
