Icon font shows Tofu
I created a font with emoji. I installed it in the Application support/Adobe/Fonts folder as I do with all fonts I test. Emoji characters like duck show two Tofu characters, although in the glyphs panel it is displayed correctly, please see attached screenshot.
In all other applications, the character can be displayed.

If this is still a problem, you’d have to share the test file with the team for reviewing. Without the font file, nothing can be really guessed.
