Transform > Mirror does not work properly
Illustrator Version 25.0.1 german (Funktion SPIEGELN)
Sometimes if i use many time the mirroring function this mistake comes
An object is mirrored, (Funktion SPIEGELN in german) axis VERTICAL.
The object is copied, mirrored again and he remembers the last setting and is mirrored again on the VERTICAL axis.
Then suddenly in between he suggests the ANGLE axis.
This problem happens after using many times this function mirror, and not evray time very strange.
I never saw anything like this in the old versions.
I work with Illustrator all day and something like that is for me noticeable.

Try version v 25.1
This version should contain a bug fix for this behavior. -

This issue is NOT FIXED (v 25.0.1)
The bug affects all of the transformation tools (move/rotate/reflect/scale).
If you transform an object by dragging with the mouse, then your next transform will not remember its previous setting, but instead defaults to a new value based on the transformation.
The transformation will correctly remember the last setting only if the last transformation was applied numerically, or if you do not apply any transformations.

Hi all,
Appears Adobe has fixed this issue.
I just tested the scaling tool and the reflection tool, both no longer introduce random and excessive numbers that throw everything off.
I spoke for hours with tech support on Monday and on a screen-sharing session showed them the issue.
They finally realized what we have been telling them all along - that the scaling and reflection tools inadvertently include randomly-generated massive numbers, negative numbers, completely incoherent numbers.
They said, yes we have seen this reported in Germany. They assumed I was from Germany also. I'm from Canada.
Today's update appears to have fixed this.
One bug down, literally dozens more to go.
Had requested they pay me for my time - heck, I am a consultant and designer - I get paid for my time. They said they will pass this onto billing. Won't hold breath.
So, we're being asked to use our valuable time to train them because they don't know their own software and whoever is beta-testing the software isn't truly putting it through its paced, because this is a basic function that all of use on a regular basis and should not fail as it did.
Good luck all. Stay safe out there!

The past month of using Adobe Illustrator on really complex graphics has been ABSOLUTE ****!
Adobe - fix this **** immediately. Your lousy programers - don't get me started on how absolutely horrendous all of your apps are right now - your **** programmers are introducing bugs that should not exist at all.
Fix it.
