Holding Alt and moving the mouse lags

When holding down alt and moving the mouse, the cursor lags almost like it is being processed at 10 fps. I'm using all high-end components, so it's not an issue with processing power.

Does it happen for you in Photoshop also? It does for me.
I thought it is my problem solely, happy to hear it’s no mine only. Sad to hear it exists.
