I notice this when I open the Illustrator pdf in Google Chrome, it is using a title tag within the pdf to display the title. If I save the file as pdf with the preset "Press Ready" as is optimal for preparing print files with linked bitmaps, this tag is not being updated and chrome displays the original title. Often I will make files from other files as templates and it will show the name of the original file, which is confusing for clients who see sometimes another company's name in their file name. When I save with the "Illustrator Default" preset this problem doesn't happen, but those files aren't ideal in file size for sending and saving when we don't need that information as printers want the embedded bitmaps linked and not embedded.

The attached shot (not sure if that is working?) shows the pdf open in Chrome with the correct filename in the url bar, but wrong file name in the browser's area to display the title, and then 2 duplicate views of the pdf opened in textedit to show where it is getting this info - only the title tag seems to matter but the incorrect info is in 2 places in the file.
