Sharp corners of a convex curve get displayed wrong
I've noticed on this newer version of Illustrator that some corners are showing an odd line overlap. Noticeable when zoomed in. I've attached pictures.
It is also applying this to shapes made in older versions.

Most probably a GPU rendering bug. Please email the file with the piece that causes problems, the rendered image, and your computer’s specs to sharewithai@adobe.com with a topic 'GPU issue'

There's a bug in path preview. Illustrator shows me a wrong path corner. The path is correct. I have no border. There are not two path points over each other. If I print it out it's not visible. If I place the eps in InDesign, it's not visible.

Experiencing this same issue. See my report here: https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-desktop-bugs/suggestions/43412595-concave-curve-gpu-rendering-bug

Illustrator Version: 25.2.3
iMac 27in 2017 5k
Mac OS: 10.14.6
GPU: Radeon Pro 580 8 GB
Issue:
Concave curve was created by combining a perfect ellipse with a perfect rectangle (minus front). Points of concave curve show distortions when using GPU. See included files.

I've encountered drawing and/or rendering issues in Ai 2021 while making a simple graphic. In the samples attached you can see:
01 GPU outline.png -- the object path (under GPU rendering)
02 GPU preview.png -- the object as it renders under GPU. A bump has appeared. There are no line effects, corner effects, brush effects, mitre, or other rules applied to the object.
03 CPU outline.png -- with CPU rendering the path is wrong.
04 CPU preview.png -- on CPU preview the shape looks correct, but the path is wrong.
05 AI2020 GPU and CPU.png -- reinstalled AI 2020 and opened the drawing. The shape looks and behaves as it should, both in preview or outlines, on GPU or CPU rendering. This was tested on an iMac Pro 2017 and a Macbook Pro 2019.

MacOs 10.14.6 / Illustrator 25.2.2 + 25.2.1 (Doing it on 2 separate macs.)
Drawing a simple shape (without a stroke, just fill) containing a concave curve (punching a circle out of a square) results in visual fragments being present. If we drop the .ai into indesign or photoshop it's not present, it also doesn't print out, so it looks like it's just a visual rendering thing.
If you give the shape an opacity you see further fragments - it looks as if it can't render the curve.
The glitch does scale at the same rate as the shape. It gets bigger as you scale down and smaller as you scale up - reletive to the size of the shape.

Recently I have noticed when I am created a shape path with pointed areas, there seems to be additional fill areas outside of the path (shown in attachment). You cannot select this area, sometimes adjusting the handle slightly can help, but not always.
