You removed the ability to paste text into the file name - this saved typing errors for complex names

Forever we have been able to copy and paste in the name of the file into the file name.

you removed that - its really bad - now it is another place errors occur.

why remove something good?

    I use MAC big sur. when i go to create a new folder when saving a file - I try to paste the name I want the folder to be and it wont allow it - but it will allow the name of the file to be pasted..

    It feels like a bug, because I am able to paste in the name of the file in every dialog window on Windows... What is you OS? What dialog you have problems with? Can you explain a bit more, or maybe show a short video?
