Out of gamut color (click to correct) always sets to black #000000
When clicking in the Color Picker, keeps defaulting to black instead of the color in CMYK gamut. Ai 25.4.1 macOS 11.5.2

Thanks for reporting this issue Illustrator team really appreciate this.
We are able to reproduce this issue in house and working on this.
