Yes, I confirm this with the released version. When a handle is accidentally dragged with the Alt held it crashes Ai. The new record to crash Ai.

I can second this crash, when you hold alt and accidentally drag an anchor point curve adjuster instead of the the whole shape illustrator will crash

Still unable to replicate this issue. I cannot make the group selection tool select a single point or bezier handle as appears to have happened in the video.
single-click select or click-drag select combined with alt to duplicate the object causes me no issues at all.

select the outline point , drag then crash
