[BUG] Rotating Object with Stroke Aligned to Outside Causes Object to Disappear and Render Improperly
Rotating Object with Stroke Aligned to Outside Causes Object to Disappear and Render Improperly. If I apply a different stroke align, it seems to reappear. Tested it on different objects in different documents, restarted Illustrator, etc. Still the same

I actually counter my previous statement. I did some tests earlier and that seemed to be the case, but now the conditions don't seem to apply.

Happens with CPU mode as well.
Also, on my tests, seems to be specific to the following conditions:
* User created Stroke Profile
* Non flipped orientation of Stroke Profile
* Rounded Cap -
Eric, it does happen only in GPU rendering mode, right? If you switch to CPU mode, does it get rendered fine?
