This issue is fixed in macOS 12.3.1 update from Apple.

*WORKAROUD SOLUTION* :
right click on your PSD smart object = save as linked file. Add ".ai" to the end of file's name. I suggest to sort it in a dedicated folder (or cloud), like a link for indesign or AE.
Photoshop still can't open directly the file, but via the Finder you can edit and save the AI file. It will properly update in your PSD.The workflow is longer but It works. Hope this will not last…

Until Adobe fix this bug please try as follow: please make sure 'add to current library' option is checked when copied from Ai do PS (as a Smart Object). Pasted object will added to ur Library. Now ur able to edit it via Library. Best. Cezary (Poland)

When I copy the vector from ai to ps. It's work
but I cant open vector(converted to smart object) in photoshop.
Anyone have solution?
