Make the share button bigger
I think the blue share button in the top bar doesn’t attract enough attention. A solution could be to enlarge the size of the button. (See mockup). Also, consider a brighter color or blinking!

Nah. It’s big and blue enough.
Also, you can even make it less blue, if you go to Preferences > User Interface and toggle Share Button option from Blue to Match Brightness.
The same option in Photoshop is named Interface > Neutral Color Mode.
As for the InDesign — alas, not yet. Vote for making it neutral here: https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601021-adobe-indesign-feature-requests/suggestions/45860278-make-share-button-neutral

A large bright blinking button in a workspace that people spend a great deal of time in sounds like a bad idea. The share function can be easily found when it is needed and does not require a reminder of its location every second
