File > Place doesn’t work
The shortcut key to place something on artboard i.e Shift+Ctrl+P is not working

Did you find a solution? I have been struggling with this one also.

OK, the command is not working, I get it.
Is it disabled in the menu or not?
Can you place the file by drag-n-drop? -
Have you check the binding for it in Keyboard Shortcuts?
Do you see the hotkey listed next to command name next to File > Place?
Does the command itself work? -
the place option from files is not working even tried it's shortcut key that is aslo not working
