Keyboard shortcuts not working with KLIM keyboard on ASUS laptop
I have just installed a new (external) on my ASUS laptop and now all of the keyboard shortcuts that require three keys to be held, such as send to back, are not working. They work on the laptop keyboard.
Shortcuts work in all other programs (such as word and online)
I have updated all drivers, updated CC and also reinstalled the program. I have checked sticky keys are on and filter keys off. I don't know what else to do - it is severely impacting workflow.

Thank you Egor, I am now returning the keyboard for a refund. I was unaware this was an issue with this keyboard.

I see many reports on web about this particular model of keyboard is having problems with 3-keys combinations, in different apps, like this one: https://www.amazon.com/ask/questions/Tx2FHIE8OMWYLYM/
It seems like it’s a problem on their side, some key buffer limitation :(
Is there any app you were successful with a 3-key hotkey, using it? -

It has a cable for charging only (does not appear to impact operation as dongle is still required when plugged in)
Yes, the three key combo does not work in either photoshop, indd or AI. And the two key combo for send forward/back, is now behaving odd - if you continue tapping ctrl+] (one layer at a time) too far, it starts nudging element left or right, or changing colour of element to CC Library colours.
