Keyboard input in Properties Panel, Character section failure
Keyboard input in the Properties Panel will frequently stop working for me, and the only way to fix it is to restart the application. It's not a huge issue but it is quite irritating as I need to restart illustrator up to six times per hour to fix this.
In detail: keyboard input for character related dimensions will stop working. I am still able to delete input, but cannot add input using the keyboard (the delete key is the only key being registered by Illustrator in the Properties Panel). For example, if my text is set to 35pt font, I can delete the 3 or the 5 but I cannot add another number. In other words, I can make a 35pt font a 3pt or 5pt font but not a 32pt or 37pt etc font.
I'm running version 27.2 on an Intel MacBook Pro (i7) with MacOS Ventura 13.1.

Same issue Illustrator 28.7.1 on Apple iMac (Apple M1) macOS Sonoma 14.6.1. Been broken for several updates now.
