応答なしになって立ち上がりません。さらに最新版をダウンロードしたのに保存する際にバージョンが2020になっています。

お使いのオペレーティングシステム（マシンスペック）
Adobe Illustrator (デスクトップ版) のバージョン：現時点での最新版ということですので、27.4.1で間違いないでしょうか？（必要に応じて）スクリーンショットまたはビデオをアップロードしてください。

Thanks for the question. This is an expected behaviour.
Since 2020 version Illustrator team decided to keep the unified format. So if you save a document from 2023 version, the older version (up to 2020) will be able to read it back — except for the new features from 2023, like Intertwine (they will become expanded).
