previewing incorrectly

our logo is a mess after I rotate it.

it never happened before,

since I update the newest version it start happening.

please fix this. thank you.

my illustrator version is 27.4.1

Ico, does it get rendered fine, if you toggle the Preview mode from GPU to CPU?
Is this a linked/embedded raster image, or a vector art?
Does pasting it i another document help?
