open not working
When right clicking "Open with Illustrator" from a file in windows, Illustrator will launch but won't open the file.

Andrea, something has gone wrong with the OS integration... Perhaps the best way to approach this would be to uninstall Illustrator and reinstall it back to see if it fixes the paths. Have you tried that?
