Make it possible again to move Text by its Anchor Point
When Text is baseline shifted, it is no longer possible to move the Text Object by grabbing its Anchor Point, unfortunately.
Please repair that.

True! To be fair, Ai never was able to do that. If the shift is large enough for the click to be below the descender line, Ai does not allow to move by the anchor anymore.
A stupid workaround you can use for now is to add a space in the end and set the shift for it to zero.
