Libraries panel and Properties panel disappear
When I click on either the property or library panels they disappear. I have to go up to the view menu option to retrieve them again.

That’s... odd. Can you please record a small video?
Does it happen with these panels only? What about Comments one? or Version History (not ordinary History)?
