"Move Locked and Hidden Artwork with Artboard" not working
Despite the correct option being selected in Preferences > Selection & Anchor Display.

Can you reproduce this behavior in a new file?
If you can — please share this test file, or the actual file if you have this problem with, if a new fil won’t get this. The team would require any, to start the investigation.

This is a bug. I have "Move locked and hidden artwork with artboard" checked but it's still warning me that it won't move the locked items and it's not moving them!

Locked guides what are not moving with the art board.
