The work area moves by itself
The workspace moves by itself, I can't stop it, the arrows for moving in the program don't work, it's impossible to work in Adobe programs

It’s hard to understand what you mean by 'a moving workspace', sorry.
Do you mean the canvas? Or the app window? or somethings else?
Can you please record a short video, if possible, to demonstrate the problem?Do arrows work when you try to work with text, to move the text caret?
Also it feels like something is stuck on your keyboard or the mouse specifically, but it’s hard to tell. Do you have any apps installed that modify the behavior of mouse and keyboard?
