全般的に保存出来ません。画面を閉じると、最初にファイルを作成した時の状態に戻ってしまいます。

Which version exactly do you use?
Does it happen for all the documents or a specific one only?
Does the asterisk (*) appears back into the document’s tab when you save?
Do you save the fil locally, on a hard disk, or in cloud? or a network drive? or a local synced folder? If locally — are you sure you have OS permissions to write the file there?
Does it save if you move the local file elsewhere?
Please provide as much details as possible.
