Screen glitching when moving cursor
Any idea what's going on here? Whenever I open older files to edit information I'm getting a strange glitching when moving the cursor. It doesn't matter if I switch to Overprint or Preview - the issue immediately comes back. I've also Quit and Restarted and the problem still persists.
Running 28.0 on macOS Ventura 13.6.1
So, so bored of these constant issues when updating your software.

I've updated to 28.1 and still having this issue. It appears to be when opening earlier files, but not legacy files, e.g., the issue has just occurred when editing third-party-supplied files from January 2023. I can only work on the files in Outline Mode, otherwise I can't see anything!

Yep. Thanks!

Hope this helps?

This sucks :( Please share the exact hardware details of your setup. Perhaps the team can reproduce it with a same one. Drivers also?

The problem seems to be occurring when GPU Performance is switched off. When switching on it seems to be ok. I had the issue in previous iterations of the software but this is now a constant since I updated to 28.0.
The problem is, I can't keep GPU on all the time because I still get the flickering issue as well, so when it's on, I get the screen flicker, and when it's off I now get the screen redraw glitch!

You mean it works fine when you switch to CPU mode (or Overprint, which forces Ai to switch into CPU), but comes back when you return to GPU mode? Sorry, I can’t see if you have CPU or GPU in the tab, the text is too small. Or does it stay like this all the time?
When did it start? With 28.0 specifically, from the beginning, or just out of the blue?
