Then it is not a bug, but rather a feature request, to have better stroke joins. I would surely want this, and explored the topic myself several years ago,
I can edit the entry myself, but since I am hardly proficient in your language, I humbly ask you to edit the text yourself. Later I can add comments in English to hopefully bring more exposure to the problem. -

These are live strokes, correct?
The sharp corners then get drawn with miter corners, that connect curved outlines of the stroked with straight converging segments. It’s an expected limitation of having a live stroke, across all vector editors I know of, and it’s not a Shape Builder bug specifically.
If you want the lines to follow the curved shapes exactly, you’d have to expand strokes frirst.
