Adobe Illustrator scrolling issue with XP-Pen tablet
Hi, I am using XP-pen Star 0-3 tablet. My tablet is correctly with other Adobe programs, only in Adobe illustrator it starts working erratically while scrolling.
I can function normally in Adobe illustrator, however whenever I touch any scrolling bar, entire artboard starts scrolling with movement of mouse.
I have attached the video for better clarity.

Yes actually my machine is brand new and I purchased creative cloud package just a week before. I experience this only in Adobe Illustrator as of now - Photoshop and Indesign works correctly. Though I have not downloaded other softwares yet.

This issue seems to be a universal one, for many Adobe applications, and it happens not only when using a pen, but a mouse as well — I experience this in Photoshop, on Windows, on two different machines.
It started happening roughly two weeks ago I think... I have a suspicion that some utility I have at both places can interfere... Will try to check.
