"Introducing keyboard s..." notification will not go away
I keep getting a notification that's cutoff and won't go away. there's no close button and I cannot move the window. I get half of the message about "introducing keyboard s... While in text mode, press 'C...... B/U/I'....." How can I get rid of this notification?

Yep, this is a known problem :( The same occasionally happens with all the tip messages like this, like Mockup one.
Looking at you screenshot I can see you are using UI scaling, correct? Can you please try to go to Preferences > User Interface, and temporarily move the UI Scaling slider to the very left? Also you might want to check your OS scaling parameter (right-click on the desktop, Display Settings).
Does changing these help to workaround the problem?
