OS 14.4.1 Printer Page Size Features Lost
I just updated to Mac OS 14.4.1 on a Mac mini (M1 2020) and now most of the paper size options in the Adobe printer dialogue box are gone. In any non-Adobe app, all 58 paper sizes are still available. In Adobe apps, there are only 14 paper size choices — all of the borderless choices are gone as well as some other, more obscure paper sizes. I've restarted, reloaded the printer driver and it's not made a difference. Looks like OS 14.4.1 messed up something that only affects Adobe products.

Paper size options are typically included in a printer's driver. However, some printers are managed by an image processing unit, often referred to as a RIP. In these cases, the drivers provided by the printer manufacturer's website may not suffice. For instance, my Ricoh printer has an EFI RIP unit. I can't rely on Ricoh's website for drivers; instead, I need to download drivers tailored for my printer model and operating system from the Fiery website.

I'm printing to HP MPC5503.
Illustrator 2024 gives the short list of paper size options as well as InDesign and Acrobat.
Photoshop 2024 gives the long list of paper size options.
Any other non-Adobe program I've tried gives the long list of options. -
Jennifer, can you please share a screenshot of the choices Ai offers?
