Expanding a 3D extruded object with a stroke as a wireframe produces doubled lines
Getting a double line like this. Please fix this soon.
If an object has a strokes, these will be treated as outlined when applying 3D. Having a thicker stroke with a non-black color helps to see the root of the confusion — please refer to the image in comments.

Thanks a lot, Egor, for your help. This is what I was looking for.

Ashraful, you apply a stroke to a shape.
The stroke has weight.
When you expand the extruded shape as wireframes, the stroke gets outlined as well.
It might seem like a bug with this thin black stroke you try, but try thick and orange one, like the attached image shows, and you should clearly see what’s going on.If you want to have 'a perfect box' — replace the stroke with a fill, and you should get what you need.
Does this clarify it for you?
