Exported image changes part of its name to the older artboard’s name
When renaming artboards prior to export to PNG, the first artboard name change applies but in export its name appears old (as it was before renaming). And it only affects 1 artboard.

Alas, can’t reproduce it on Windows, using the same exact steps and build number :/
All the names I manually set for all 5 duplicates remain in the Export for Screens dialog, when I call it, both ways available.
I can be a Mac-only issue, sure, but I had a somewhat related one, when renamed layers were changing names back to the previous ones!

Happens all the time.
Make a file with say 5 artboards, save it, and start renaming artboards, then go to File-Export-Export for screens. In preview you'll see that exporting name of Artboard 1 does not match with what you named it.
I have Mac laptop but if I remember correctly it happened in Windows PC too -
