Modal is blocking click events
Modals from properties panel is blocking clicking inside Illustrator & won't disappear unless escape / space is pressed (depends on the modal box). Fresh install & restarting Illustrator didn't help.

Does not happen on Windows, it seems. A click outside of a modal box does close it for me. Escape though does not work, but I believe it was always the case, for any modal dropdown, not only in Properties... but UV does not have a request for this, so I made one — http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/48967529
