Printed image dimensions .5" larger than dimensions in Illustrator

I am printing a mechanical drawing. I have added multiple dimensions. My image is 20/25" x 45 " so I am tiling my printout. No matter which printer I use and which print settings, my printouts are always .5" larger than the dimensions in illustrator. I have tried adding overlaps, printing on borderless paper, removing overlaps, etc. Nothing fixes this problem

@ab, it’s hard to tell anything without looking at the exact file you are trying to print and the settings you try to set for it. It can also depends on the printer model and the driver version.
