古いバージョン2023までは反映されていました。

こちらで確認しましたところ、ご報告された挙動を再現することができませんでした。他のバージョンでも同じ不具合は確認されますでしょうか？
PC環境に起因する不具合である可能性が高いと思われます。

Yohei, which method do you use to change the color? Properties panel, Control panel, dedicated Color panel, Color Picker dialog?

GPUとリアルタイムレンダリングをONカラーの数値を、キーボードの上下で変更した場合、見た目が反映されないようです。

Can’t reproduce it on both the latest Beta or GA build. For me the opacity being typed immediately gets rendered on canvas...
Are you sure you have GPU mode enabled and 'GPU Performance' and 'Real-Time Drawing and Editing' enabled in Preferences > Performance?
