Random inverted Movement lock during Wacom Cintiq Pen and mouse usage
I haven't used AI in awhile. I updated it today from CC. I'm on Windows 11 with a Cintiq 24. When I go to move an object or shift my workspace view, the pen motion or mouse motion will lock and invert. I won't be able to access any menu items. I was in task manager as I reproduced this. Doesn't look like it affects memory too much. Just trying to figure out if this is a bug or new setting.

I don't use ID but no, it doesn't happen in PS. I'm in that all the time. Only AI.
Yes, WACOM is enabled.
It only happens when the scroll bar is used. I had task manager open at the same time as I noticed I couldn't access any menu settings while the scroll was locked. It appears there is a bump in CPU usage when this happens.
Adobe had me unistall/reinstall WACOM drivers to no avail. The workaround is to try to avoid the bottom and side scroll bars as much as I can and stick to using the hand tool to move the image.

Does the same happen when you try it in Photoshop or InDesign?
If you check Preferences > Devices — do you have Enable Wacom there enabled? Does toggling it make any difference?
