More than 32,000 anchor points can be added to a single path
The pathPoint limit is 32,000, and if we try to continue drawing a path from the end of a PathItem with the pen tool, a dialog box will appear and refuse to add anchor points, but we can add anchor points to the segments in between.

Step to reproduce
1. Create a path object in a new document.
2. Add 32,000 anchor points to the path object.
3. Click on any segment with the pen tool. We can add anchor points even if the number of anchor points exceeds 32000 (the number of segments exceeds 31999).
Expected result
For the 32001st anchor point added, a dialog appears and refuses to add the anchor point, just as it does for a end of pth object.
Actual result
More than 32001 anchor points can be added to a path object.

3.任意のセグメントにペンツールでクリックする。アンカーポイントが32000個を超える（セグメントが31999を超える）がアンカーポイントを追加できてしまう。
期待する結果
32001個目のアンカーポイント追加に対しては線端に対する処理同様にダイアログが表示されてアンカーポイントの追加が拒否される。
実際の結果
32001個以上のアンカーポイントを一つのパスオブジェクトに追加できてしまう。
