Illustrator ver.27以降再現手順
1.環境設定の「パフォーマンス→リアルタイムの描画と編集」のチェックを入れる。ドキュメントラスタライズ効果設定は高解像度（300dpi）に設定しておく。
2.ドキュメント上に任意の図形を作成し塗りを設定する。
3.作成した図形を選択した状態で「効果→スタイライズ→ぼかし」を適用する。
4.効果を適用したオブジェクトの塗りの色を変更する。
5.ぼかし部分が低解像度でレンダリングされる。期待する結果
ドキュメントのラスタライズ効果設定の通り高解像度でレンダリングされる実際の結果
低解像度でレンダリングされピクセルの状態が確認できる。プリントやPDFを書き出す際も低解像度の状態で処理される。回避方法
環境設定→パフォーマンス→リアルタイムの描画と編集のチェックボックスを外しておく。この不具合はmacOSにてパフォーマンスの低いGPUでの処理落ちではないかと考えます。元来このリアルタイムの編集と描画は処理落ちを検知して自動的にオフになる機能だったと思いますが、検知が出来ていないか処理の切り替えが出来ていないのではないでしょうか。

It is a case where the angle created by the handles of the anchor points at both ends of the perpendicular line and the original perpendicular line is an obtuse angle rather than a long handle.
In this case, only the center part of the curve will be calculated and reproduced with a normal offset. If the object is rotated slightly and this normal part reaches one of the anchor points, the offset will be processed correctly. Therefore, the problem is reproduced only in a narrow range of inclination, such as plus or minus 10 or more degrees.An error occurred while saving the comment Ten_A

わたし自身レビュー用に共有という機能は毎日使うわけではないのですけど、エラーで共有できないという事態に遭遇した事はありません。
考えられるのは企業内のイントラネットからの処理になっていますから、ファイアウォールに必要な通信がブロックされているとかPCに一律でインストールされているセキュリティソフトが通信を阻害しているケースです。
社内のネットワークやシステムの管理者の方に相談されてみてはどうでしょうか。
