Losing data saved in cloud
I'm using version 2025 of Illustrator, if the files stored in the cloud re-run the program, all the text will disappear. Don't you really have to compensate me for losing data while paying a lot of monthly fees? I'm so angry.

Hello Adobe Illustrator Support,
I’m facing an issue with Illustrator files. After saving my work and reopening the file later, some layers and data are missing. Around 40% of my completed work is disappearing, even though the file was saved properly.
Please help me recover the missing data and identify the cause of this issue.

the objects vanish completely.
How can I restore the previous version?
If I try to open the original file again in the cloud, the [Recovered] file is created with all the text objects still missing.
What link do you want me to send you other than the link to the report? -
I wonder what happens if you try to restore the previous version of this file? Are you able to?
Is it only fonts that get messed up, or do the objects vanish completely? Please tell more.
