Hi Egor, I've just sent the file using this Gmail account, not sure if you guys can replicate the issue. Hope this works! Thanks!

Do you have the file still?
To fix the problem, the team would need to replicate it on their side, so please send it over to sharewithai@adobe.com and put the link to this report for backtracking: http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447/suggestions/50210007 -

Also to add - the app did not froze as in I can't do anything else. Once i got rid of the "dialog" by clicking cancel/stop - I can use the app as normally can but I can't save the file (as per the video I uploaded) rendering anything I do after the "freeze" useless. I need to force quit the app and reopen the original file.
Very weird, never had this type of issue before

No idea what went wrong. Happened at random, cant recover the file - only able to reopen the originally saved file (all progress gone).
Anyway, I've reinstalled Version 28.7.8 (AI 2024) instead. So far did not happen again. *fingers crossed*
I guess something to do with AI 2025?

This should have just worked :(
Kenneth, were you bale to recover the document afterwards?
When you tried to move the artwork again — did it behave the same, or was it the only time it froze like this?
Does it happen with any other document?
Can you tell if these objects you move had any images? or objects with effects applied?
