Export for Screens won’t export artboards as a single file
When a document has multiple artboards and is exported as PDF using Export for Screens, although all artboards are selected and a Single File option is checked, it will still be exported as multiple files.

Can’t replicate it with 29.6.1 on Windows 10...
The progress bar indeed says it processes each artboard, but in the end I get the only file with chosen artboard as pages in it.
Does the issue stay when you Reset Preferences?
