Selection tool not working
Why does every Adobe supporter says that is working on the latest version when it does not! We have client work at our end. Fix this ASAP!
Trying to downgrade all the way to 28.7.8.

What do you mean by 'not working'? What can’t you do? Select? Resize? What happens when you try?
