Can’t edit colors in a selection
When going to edit a color CMYK mixture the mixtures go blank and then it acts as if their is no fill color. I am trying to edit the CMYK mix to match the PMS mix and it keeps glitching after my latest update. You can see in my image that even though the color is slected it shows no color in the fill or a question mark.

What about this single object? Is it safe to share only it?
What do you see in Layers when you have it selected?
When you select it initially — do you see any values in the fields, or do these become blank only when you start edit them? When you do, how do you edit them exactly — type only and use Tab or drag sliders as well (it’d be ideal to have a video recording of this)? -

Egor, I cannot show more of the screen due to licensing agreement, however, I only have one item selected, which is what is causing this confusion. If I select a color and try to manually change the color code, it goes blank and then doesn't acknowledge any color I have selected.

@NicoleB, it’s not clear what is selected in your document.
It feels like you have several objects selected with different fills and strokes — that’s why Illustrator shows [?], indicating it’s a mixed selection.
To change the colors still, you need to call the dedicated dialog — Edit > Edit Colors > Recolor Artwork. Click Advanced Options button in the panel that appears to get there.
By double-clicking each chip in the 'New' column you can tweak each separate color in your selection.
Please comment back if it helps. -

I need my artwork to match certain colors for a licensor and if I cannot adjust the color I cannot move forward with this job.
