Both Illustrator and Photoshop stop responding while using complex files
The Adobe Software, both Illustrator and Photoshop, stop responding and I can’t really use them properly, while using complex files

Akshay, the team would need to study those files that makes Illustrator work slowly. Please upload these to a file hosting of your choice (with all the links collected using File > Package) and send the access link to sharewithai@adobe.comm so the team could investigate them.
